Our mentoring program is committed to developing today’s leaders. We meet every third Saturday for a dynamic experience that includes engaging lectures, and a complimentary lunch.

As a part of our monthly workshops time is set aside for personalized mentorships sessions on site.

In partnership with the City of Hollywood this event is presented to afford high school seniors with the unique opportunity to engage with alumni, current college students, and recent graduates across a variety of fields. This also features discussions on essential topics such as the importance of FAFSA, SAT/ACT scores, and securing scholarships.

The Hygiene Initiative was inspired by one of our remarkable participants, Jaleah McDonald. Driven by her desire to make a difference, we successfully provided hygiene kits to four schools in the Hollywood area—Bethune Elementary, Sheridan Hills Elementary, Attucks Middle, and South Broward High—serving 200 girls.

The Legacy Scholarship Banquet is XtraOrdinary Ladies' signature annual celebration, honoring the achievements of our extraordinary young women while investing in their future through scholarships and educational opportunities.

This inspiring evening brings together families, mentors, community leaders, sponsors, and supporters to celebrate academic excellence, leadership, service, and personal growth.
